myew is a chatbot on the IRC channel #finalfight, a channel dominated by the regulars at the Seven Deadly Forums.

she talks by drawing upon a bank of saved conversations and sentances from the chatroom. she then pretty much spews them out at random, making for some strange responses. sometimes her answers take on a startling and even frightening lucidity, but she fortunately crumbles back into nonsense every time.

my friend, Romosome, who frequents the chatroom, says that what she's saying here is a pretty good definition of her babblings. but sometimes the admin that made her likes to mess around with her word bank, such as replacing it with erotica text. i heard of a more famous configuration known as "Sweet Jesus" in which her bank was replaced with everything from the bible that Christ ever said. members of the chatroom said it was like talking to Jesus..... well, a drunk, angry Jesus.

as far as the drawing goes.... well, i could've done better. when i first thought of her, i imagined a broken personcom, but i ditched that one pretty quickly (Chobits gives me the creeps...). from there, it seemed right to give her cat ears instead. her name sounds like a cat noise, she'd need good ears to hear everyone, it's damned cute.... it just seemed like the way to go. but her outfit, ummm.... right. i didn't and still don't know where i was going with that. better than naked, at least.
